Payment Policies
Full payment of conference and tutorial registration fees must accompany your completed registration form. Checks, traveler's checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for payment in U.S. funds only. International attendees may also pay via bank transfer. Sorry, Purchase Orders are not accepted for this event. To qualify for early registration discounts, registration form and payment must be received on or before the cut-off date.

Cancellations & Substitutions
If you need to cancel your paid conference pass, you may do so for a 75% refund until Monday, October 10, 2005. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, cancellation requests cannot be processed after 10/10/2005. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you transfer your registration to a colleague. Please fax your cancellation or substitution request to (415) 947-6020, or mail your request to Electronics Supply & Manufacturing Global Supply Chain Summit Registration Department CMP Media LLC 600 Harrison Street, 6th Floor San Francisco, CA 94107 Substitutions are allowed only with the written permission of the original registrant. Please mail your substitution request to the above address, or fax to (415) 947-6020. Written requests for a downgraded conference pass must be received no later than Monday, October 10, 2005 for a full refund on the difference of registration fees between the value of the original and downgraded pass. We are unable to accept and process downgrade requests after Monday, October 10, 2005. Upgrade pass requests must be submitted in writing and faxed to (415) 947-6020 along with payment information for the difference in value.

Age Limit
Children under 18 are not admitted to the event, including infants. Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited in any area of the event. Please note that Event Management reserves the right to have an event photographer and/or videographer onsite.

Program Changes
Electronics Supply & Manufacturing Global Supply Chain Summit event management reserves the right to make changes in the program and speakers, or to cancel sessions if conditions beyond its control prevail.
